Grief has no timeline - and no roadmap. Register for our weekly drop-in grief workshop group facilitated by a expert in grief and loss, it offers a welcoming space to explore the many shapes grief can take, whether you’re anticipating loss, just beginning to process a loss or have been carrying it for years.

Each session offers space to check in, reflect, and connect with others who understand. Some weeks include a shared theme or guided practice; other times, we simply follow what’s present in the room such as group check-ins or shared discussion. All grief is welcome here.

This group is open to anyone navigating the loss of a loved one, including anticipatory grief. You’re welcome to come once or return weekly, no commitment required.

Facilitator Bio:

Sarah Miller’s path into grief and end-of-life work was shaped by personal loss and a deepening understanding of how we navigate life’s most tender transitions. Drawing on her decade of work in the aging space and her own experience with profound grief, she offers a grounded, compassionate presence to those facing loss.

As a certified grief coach, clinical hypnotherapist (CMS-CHt), and trained end-of-life doula, Sarah supports clients across the grief spectrum - from anticipatory grief to life after loss. By integrating hypnotherapy, she helps clients find more ease and peace in their bodies as they move through grief.

Through coaching, hypnotherapy, and group offerings, Sarah creates space for healing—meeting each person where they are, and walking with them toward clarity, connection, and comfort.

Note: This group is a facilitated space for reflection and connection around grief. It is not therapy or a clinical support group, and is not a substitute for mental health treatment.
